Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy coffee shop. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I appreciate. I recommend enjoying the sauna. I'm coming back for Easter!

I appreciated standard king room with bathtub. Having armchairs and a seating area was very convenient. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the city centre, and the center of Finnsnes.

Really enjoyed this really nice stay for one night. The staff was affable and the place was clean. The room was big size with good shower, painted in an ocher yellow color plus bathtub, had the best night sleep. The hotel had a nice and magnificent location, about 5 minutes' walk from the city centre.

The sauna was a fantastic treat after a day of exploring with our pets. The breakfast buffet had a great variety that satisfied everyone's tastes.
My kids wished there were more activities for them during our downtime.

The only positive thing I can say is that the young man at reception was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious, cavernous is probably a better descriptor as our room incorporated a conference table, very bizarre as the bedroom and bathroom we're separated by the large meeting room.
The town of Finnsnes was probably the gloomiest and dullest town in our three weeks in Norway. We were dumbfounded to find that a reasonably large town had very few restaurants, the hotel restaurant had the atmosphere of a gloomy nursing home, and being a saturday night we thought there would be some where more pleasant to eat, wrong, we actually got in the car and drove over the bridge to Senja to eat. The character of the building appeared to be caught in a dusty time warp from the fifties but it looked better than the only other hotel in town the Royal. The breakfast was very average compared to the superb breakfasts we have had for the same price on this trip. It reminded me of an old soulless tired english hotel built in the fifties, it appeared to have the original carpet and furnishings. Needless to say there was no lift let alone any other facilities, it appeared to me to be a budget hotel and was way over priced compared to similar priced superb accomodation we have had on this trip. If you can avoid Finnsness do so, the hotel reflected the towns atmosphere.

I stayed a couple of nights at Comfort Hotel in Finnsnes, and it had its ups and downs. The room felt spacious, really nice, and the recently renovated bathroom impressed me. Breakfast offered a solid variety of options that helped start my day on a good note. I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi connection, it was quite inconsistent and made it tough to get work done. Sometimes, noise from the surrounding area broke my concentration. The lack of air conditioning was also uncomfortable. The hotel had a quaint charm, but it definitely needs some upgrades to improve the guest experience.

Nice place, but double charged!
I stayed here for a few nights while exploring the area. It's a really nice spot, close to town and not far from Senja Island. The room was good, and the staff were really friendly, especially in the bar. Meals were decent too, had a packed lunch option.
